Yes, I was to Israel's shame, because the secular swine fear the plain truth that my articles were sharing, bringing to light the plight of the Temple Mount under Nazi-Muslim occupation. Yitzhak Rabin assassination: don't let the matter die
Let the dead past bury its dead. Israel has enough on its plate.
Ahab thought the same thing when he wanted to ignore the blood of Naboth but the Prophet Elijah wouldn't let the matter die and warned of serious consequences to the nation.
Israel is suffering the same betrayal that Yitzhak Rabin experienced by the same company of criminals led by Shimon Peres who serve their German-Jesuit, Euro-Nazi masters. Justice must be pursued until it is found. We are not to stand by the blood of our brother idly or we're guilty of his blood too. This affects the whole nation of Israel and world Jewry.

My body was punctured in the chest and lungs and in fact I had reached the point of traumatic shock.I was barely kept alive by one lung which had turned atelectic. When the lung chose to breath out, my body chose to die, or look a lot like it.
I am not going to tell you my suspicions as I hadn't after my recent stroke, But the police are putting up every barrier to an honest investigation by my insurance company and my attorney Dov Even Or.
During my time in the hospital, Baruch from Kedumim persuaded me that I had to leave the country to save my life and prevent tragedy to my children.
I know he is right and I plan to take a year off to write the ultimate book on popular Judaism...
if there is somewhere for me to go.

Shimon Peres Came to Power Over the Dead Body of Yitzhak Rabin
I met Yitzhak Rabin in the Israeli Parliament in 1982 during Hanukkah. I was able to talk with him briefly and mention I was associated with Ambassador College in Pasadena, California.
That was a tactful way of saying I'm a Christian since I knew he personally knew Herbert W. Armstrong and the Worldwide Church of God, including the Plain Truth magazine. Herbert Armstrong had formerly presented him with a gift of Steuben crystal.
I was a volunteer at Kibbutz Ramat Yohanan at the time, in Northern Israel near Haifa. Just so happens Rabin had lived there for over a year in the late '50s.
I initially considered Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin - born in Jerusalem - a traitor for surrendering too much to sworn Arab enemies who had not changed their goal of genocide, only their tactics; for going against clear security concerns he once expressed. (I was in a cafe in Jerusalem when he was shot in Tel Aviv). I refused to attend his funeral, although I had attended Rabbi Meir Kahane's some years before.
Later I found out Yitzhak Rabin was apparently being pressured by the dark powers that be to continue to go against what he knew was wrong and that he resisted and was therefore MURDERED by them for coming to his senses.
I do not believe Yigal Amir murdered Rabin. ( I've met Avishai Raviv several times at demonstrations - he's the government agent provacateur who goaded Yigal Amir to murder Rabin). Yigal Amir is a patsy, the fall-guy, as is thoroughly expounded upon in Who Killed Yitzhak Rabin by Barry Chamish, his first book that broached the subject and clearly indicts the traitor and murderer Shimon Peres (whose Hebrew name appropriately means vulture).
I repeatedly condemn Shimon Peres as a kapo of compromise, a prostitute who serves his German-Jesuit EU masters, a traitor who has sold and is selling out Jews, Jerusalem and Israel and say as much in my book Beyond Babylon: Europe's Rise and Fall I am on public record against his perfidy and continue to expose him. He was the Bolshevik in charge during my unjust deportation, who was very much aware of an article published in Jerusalem where I mention the EU plans for Jerusalem's occupation.
The Israeli Secret Police (six men interrogated me) had a computer disk with Beyond Babylon on it and said many would read it/examine it during their investigation of me during their wild goose chase. I told them to make sure then Prime Minister Shimon Peres read it.
New evidence further PROVES Yigal Amir did not kill Yitzhak Rabin. It's past time Israelis demand: REOPEN THE RABIN FILE.

Shamgar falsified time of Yitzhak Rabin assassination

Despite government insistence that no such photographs exist, some three years ago, I received a dozen photos of the backstage "sterile area" two minutes before and immediately after Yigal Amir shot his blanks at Yitzhak Rabin. The photos were acquired partly by chicanery, which some day I'll explain, and partly through a reliable source. One series of photos shows Shimon Peres conducting his nefarious murder plot stage by stage. Not one magazine or major internet site has ever published these shots and I can only guess why.
Another photo shows the moment Yigal Amir was arrested. The arresting officer's watch captures the exact time of the arrest; 9:31. The watch was blown up and highlighted before I released it and it was reprinted in dozens of Israeli magazines and websites alongside the conclusion of the Shamgar Commission that Rabin was shot at 9:50. The implication was clear to everyone; If Shamgar was telling the truth, which he wasn't, Amir was under arrest 19 minutes before Rabin was shot. Some alibi! In fact, Shamgar deliberately falsified the time of the shooting to protect Rabin's driver, who, otherwise, would have been driving for 22 minutes to complete the 2 minute hop to Ichilov Hospital. Previously, this photo had already been published in Yediot Achronot, the country's most popular newspaper, without anyone understanding the implications.
On November 3, '05, Israel's second tv channel broadcast a breakthrough documentary proving Rabin was shot a third time from the front. This was my claim of eight years and it appeared to vindicate my work. But the film's director, Naftali Glicksberg, could not allow that to happen. During the roundtable discussion which followed the screening, he viciously attacked my integrity without naming me. The photo of the arrest was a complete fabrication, he said, and someone, which had to be me, changed the watch to read 9:31 when in fact, in the original shot, the watch read 9:53. Some claim since my source never fabricated evidence and I sure didn't.
And this lie began gaining currency. A few days later I met a youthful reporter from Makor Rishon who was covering the Rabin murder conspiracy and offered him the full set of pictures. Young Jimmy Olsen of Makor Rishon turned down the offer claiming I had no right to offer the photos for publication, like they were copyrighted by the Shabak, and anyway, I had fabricated the watch shot.
The next week I was interviewed at great length by a genuine reporter, Yonathan Gat, of Israel's People magazine, Anashim. This publication is popular among the nation's media crowd and yuppies and the result was highly professional. For one thing, the magazine became the first to publish two of the backstage shots.
During the course of the three day interview, I received a visit from two gentlemen, today respected physicians, who in their youth briefly dabbled with Avishai Raviv. Raviv, as we know, has disappeared from Israel and no one knows where to find him. Except they spotted him in Budapest, Hungary working as a senior citizens' helper. I gave Gat the scoop and his magazine turned to the Shabak and asked its spokesman if the information was accurate. The Shabak refused to respond.
Gat then turned to a sensitive issue. He played me the tape of Glicksburg calling the watch photo a fabrication and asked for my reaction. Since I didn't fabricate it, I suggested that he contact the photographer. That could be done by phoning the photo dept. of Yediot Achronot. He did so and was greeted with hostility. The man on the phone was sick of fielding inquiries about the photo from journalists. The photo, though, was no longer in the Yediot archives but when it was there, the watch read 9:50.
So Gat took the next obvious step; he asked for the photographer's name and phone number. The name was Pablo Bichman but no number existed because Bichman committed suicide a few years ago, about the time I first released his watch shot.
My, my. Another "suicide" around Yitzhak Rabin. He joins such august company as three of Rabin's bodyguards, the Bar Ilan student David Newman, who on the night of the murder sent an e-mail with his suspicions about Amir to newsgroups, and Avishai Raviv's Russian companion, one Ariel, who "jumped" to his death from a building in Dimona. One can only imagine what Pablo Bichman's lens captured that led to his early demise.

Barry Chamish and David Rutstein, two Israelis, both publicly charge Shimon Peres with the murder of Yitzhak Rabin and haven't been sued! They courageously testify before the Israeli people that something isn't kosher. They offer plenty of evidence that Shimon Peres came to power over the dead body of Yitzhak Rabin. Messrs. Chamish and Rutstein decry that Rabin's real killers are still at large and that Rabin's real killers are still selling out Israel to foreigners, gorging themselves with blood money and fattening themselves for the slaughter they fail to believe will include them, as it most certainly will, as history warns every kapo discovered to his horror.
I'm convinced that the same vultures that circled Yitzhak Rabin, that saw to his violent death, who have brutally betrayed Prime Minister Rabin and sold out the nation, are heavily bribed, bought and paid for prostitutes, involved in illicit foreign affairs with their European counterparts and Vatican cronies.

Prophecy, claims Ben-Ariel, who says he is “just one more trumpet sounding the alarm.” Others include Rev. Gerald Flurry of the Philadelphia Church of God. These men believe Americans and Brits are descendents of the Lost Tribes of Israel, God’s chosen people.
Now living in East Toledo, Ben-Ariel sends his views to the world via two web sites and numerous internet forums. Google his name and you’ll get 4,860 references. David’s been a very busy man. And now he’s written a book called Beyond Babylon: Europe’s Rise and Fall. He calls the book, “God’s final warning before the German blitzkrieg begins.”
Ben-Ariel’s views first landed him in trouble with Israeli authorities in 1996. He says he was arrested in a suspected plot to blow up the Al Aqsa Mosque built on The Temple Mount, the site of the Holy Temple where Jesus Christ taught. Ben-Ariel spent three weeks in an Israeli jail and was released without being charged. He was deported and banned from applying for a Visa until this year.
Ben-Ariel says he was arrested because he was protesting the occupation of the Temple Mount and his beliefs were contrary to the softer position of Israel’s Left. He claims he was misunderstood by authorities and caught up in a “witch hunt” after Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin was assassinated.
“I wanted it (the mosque) removed but I’ve always said that’s a government’s responsibility. I’m against abortion too and I want the government to remove all those clinics but it doesn’t mean that I’m inciting, that I’m calling for anyone to go out and blow them up. There’s a big difference. But, in Israel, they didn’t see that difference,” he said.
Ben-Ariel hopes to obtain a Visa this year and move to Israel. He has visited there 11 times since 1980 living at more than 8 different kibbutzim.
So, how does the son from a Baptist/Methodist family adopt such radical beliefs?
David, like many Americans who find their spiritual lives unfulfilled in traditional religion, went searching for something more satisfying. He found his ring of truth in the Worldwide Church of God and the teachings of Herbert Armstrong. Today, he is a member of the Temple Mount Faithful and his mission is to urge the Israeli government to take the site from Muslim control. “I am calling upon the Israeli people to repent and as part of their national repentance to cleanse The Temple Mount of its foreign filth, those foreign mosques that occupy Judean’s most holy site.”
The Palestinians should go too. “Israel should cleanse the land of this filth and their polluted mind set and remove the threat by expelling them. It’s logical. America would never tolerate a particular people saying, `We are going to take your capitol and make it ours.’”
You can see why, in the tinderbox that is the Middle East, Israel officials prefer not to have the incendiary David Ben-Ariel in their country. When the beliefs of a militant Christian meet head on with the beliefs of a militant Muslim, can there be any hope for peace?

A REPEAT OF ELEI SINAI?

Dear Friends,
In last week's letter from Jerusalem, April 21, 2006, I included an eyewitness report by Pastor Jim Vineyard of the horrific conditions under which the Elei Sinai "Deportees" are forced to live.
Why were the Jewish residents of Elei Sinai deported from their homes and their lands?
According to the book BOOMERANG, Sharon and his sidekick, Attorney Dov Weisglass, hatched the whole Disengagement Plan in order to divert attention from the charge of bribery and influence peddling in the Greek Island Affair and other alleged crimes.
The legal problems of the Sharon family have been manifold, spanning many years.
The most often mentioned legal matter is the Greek Island Affair. What follows is information taken from the Washington Times online:

The Affair dates back to 1998 when Sharon was Minister of National Infrastructure and then Foreign Minister.
A contractor friend, David Appel, wanted to build a multi-billion dollar resort on a barren Greek island, Petrokalo, 32 miles southeast of Athens.
It is a 750-acre island, half a mile from the coast. Appel envisaged a resort of 100,000 rooms, casinos, golf courses, entertainment center, sports centers and a train that would go there from Athens airport in an undersea tunnel.
"It was a grandiose, some say megalomaniacal project," noted Mazuz. Appel's expert estimated it would cost more than $15 billion dollars.
Appel had difficulties obtaining the Greek island and allegedly enlisted Sharon's help. Appel invited Greek officials to Israel and Sharon attended a dinner in their honor.
Appel hired Sharon's son, Gilad, promised him $7,500 dollars a month and two bonuses of $1.5 million dollars each if the project developed. Later Appel and Gilad Sharon signed a contract whereby the contractor would pay Gilad Sharon $20,000 dollars a month and, if the project developed, the two $1.5 million dollar bonuses.
Appel was indicted for bribery, under the assumption that Gilad Sharon's work was not worth that much money and that it was actually an indirect bribe to Sharon.
STATE ATTORNEY EDNA ARBEL RECOMMENDED CHARGES AGAINST ARIEL AND GILAD SHARON, AND PREPARED A PROPOSED INDICTMENT BEFORE LEAVING TO BECOME A SUPREME COURT JUDGE.
Sharon replaced Attorney General Edna Arbel with Menachem Mazuz and had Edna Arbel kicked upstairs to the Supreme Court. Because of his fear of being indicted Sharon decided on the very controversial politically inspired Disengagement Plan to expel 10,000 Jews from their homes, schools, synagogues and communities in Gush Katif and Northern Shomron.
When the news broke that Elei Sinai, located only 15 kilometers south of Ashkelon, was slated to become a Palestinian operated casino, many settlers speculated that Ariel Sharon might have a personal financial interest in the pullout, just as he did in the Greek Island Affair.
Ariel Sharon had learned nothing from the Greek Island Affair. While he was still in the process of expelling the Jews from Gush Katif, he was already negotiating with the new Arab landlords to build a vacation resort including a casino in the Gush Katif community of Elei Sinai. Sharon was planning to work with the following three investors:
Businessman Cyril Kern, along with Shmuel Flatto-Sharon, a former member of the Israel Parliament, reportedly worked on solidifying an agreement with a Saudi millionaire to build a casino in the place of the Elei Sinai community. (Flatto-Sharon moved to Israel after he was indicted for fraud in France in 1972 and avoided extradition to France by running for office in Israel's Parliament in 1977.)
Cyril Kern, a long-time friend of Ariel Sharon, is suspected of having given an illegal $1.5 million dollar loan to Sharon and his sons, a loan for which Ariel Sharon and his sons are still being investigated.
Plans for the casino included requests to leave settlement houses intact to house casino workers, and to leave the settlement synagogue to be used as a house of prayer for casino gamblers who were expected to be mainly Israeli citizens, as Islam does not allow gambling.
Many residents of Elei Sinai had been exiled from their homes once before. They were thrown out of their homes in Yamit in 1982. They built their new homes in Elei Sinai and are now once again homeless.
The former residents of Elei Sinai, living in abject poverty in tent cities, having lost all their possessions and still no signs of compensation from the Israeli government, now believe that they had been marked for eviction from their homes in order for a small group to benefit financially!
Ten thousand Israelis have been made homeless and been added to the ranks of the unemployed. Eight months after the disengagement most of them are still living in temporary quarters with little likelihood of being able to earn a livelihood.
And Qassam rockets are now falling daily onto the outskirts of Ashkelon, dangerously near electrical plants, and oil pipes from Eilat. They are launched from the area from which Israeli settlements, such as Elei Sinai, were removed as part of the Disengagement Plan eight months ago.
Our present acting Prime Minister, Ehud Olmert, openly boasts that he is the one who convinced Ariel Sharon to adopt the Disengagement Plan. Olmert now proposes to take the principle applied to Gaza and apply it to Judea and Samaria, thus putting Israel's central population centers within rocket and missile range.
A hundred thousand Israeli citizens in Judea and Samaria now live in fear of having to share the same fate as the 10,000 residents of Gush Katif in the not too distant future.
We can prevent this! If you are an American citizen, advise your Congressmen and Senators that Olmert's planned displacement of another hundred thousand Jews from Judea and Samaria SHOULD NOT BE FUNDED WITH ONE PENNY OF AMERICAN TAX DOLLARS.

Because of his fear of being indicted Sharon decided on the very controversial politically inspired Disengagement Plan to expel 10,000 Jews from their homes, schools, synagogues and communities in Gush Katif and Northern Shomron.
When the news broke that Elei Sinai, located only 15 kilometers south of Ashkelon, was slated to become a Palestinian operated casino, many settlers speculated that Ariel Sharon might have a personal financial interest in the pullout, just as he did in the Greek Island Affair.
Ariel Sharon had learned nothing from the Greek Island Affair. While he was still in the process of expelling the Jews from Gush Katif, he was already negotiating with the new Arab landlords to build a vacation resort including a casino in the Gush Katif community of Elei Sinai. Sharon was planning to work with the following three investors:
Businessman Cyril Kern, along with Shmuel Flatto-Sharon, a former member of the Israel Parliament, reportedly worked on solidifying an agreement with a Saudi millionaire to build a casino in the place of the Elei Sinai community. (Flatto-Sharon moved to Israel after he was indicted for fraud in France in 1972 and avoided extradition to France by running for office in Israel's Parliament in 1977.)
Cyril Kern, a long-time friend of Ariel Sharon, is suspected of having given an illegal $1.5 million dollar loan to Sharon and his sons, a loan for which Ariel Sharon and his sons are still being investigated.
Plans for the casino included requests to leave settlement houses intact to house casino workers, and to leave the settlement synagogue to be used as a house of prayer for casino gamblers who were expected to be mainly Israeli citizens, as Islam does not allow gambling.
Many residents of Elei Sinai had been exiled from their homes once before. They were thrown out of their homes in Yamit in 1982. They built their new homes in Elei Sinai and are now once again homeless.
The former residents of Elei Sinai, living in abject poverty in tent cities, having lost all their possessions and still no signs of compensation from the Israeli government, now believe that they had been marked for eviction from their homes in order for a small group to benefit financially!
Ten thousand Israelis have been made homeless and been added to the ranks of the unemployed. Eight months after the disengagement most of them are still living in temporary quarters with little likelihood of being able to earn a livelihood.
And Qassam rockets are now falling daily onto the outskirts of Ashkelon, dangerously near electrical plants, and oil pipes from Eilat. They are launched from the area from which Israeli settlements, such as Elei Sinai, were removed as part of the Disengagement Plan eight months ago.
Our present acting Prime Minister, Ehud Olmert, openly boasts that he is the one who convinced Ariel Sharon to adopt the Disengagement Plan. Olmert now proposes to take the principle applied to Gaza and apply it to Judea and Samaria, thus putting Israel's central population centers within rocket and missile range.
A hundred thousand Israeli citizens in Judea and Samaria now live in fear of having to share the same fate as the 10,000 residents of Gush Katif in the not too distant future.
We can prevent this! If you are an American citizen, advise your Congressmen and Senators that Olmert's planned displacement of another hundred thousand Jews from Judea and Samaria SHOULD NOT BE FUNDED WITH ONE PENNY OF AMERICAN TAX DOLLARS.

We, the undersigned, leaders of major Jewish groups and organizations, hereby sorrowfully acknowledge our lack of leadership in pursuit of justice for slain Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin.
We deeply regret standing idly by the blood of our brother Yitzhak Rabin, especially after the initial shock of his assassination wore off and gaping holes were exposed in the corrupt conclusions of the Shamgar Commission that we refused to believe. However, we are now convinced the Shamgar Commission represents nothing more than the official Israeli government cover-up of the Yitzhak Rabin assassination, orchestrated by the Israeli oligarchy outed by Forbes Israel, who were just following their Euro-Nazi orders, specifically Shimon Peres, as part of their plan to sell out Israel to foreign interests.
We grieve that Mrs. Leah Rabin did not live to hear and witness us echo her call to REOPEN THE RABIN FILE. Her plea fell on deaf ears. We will make sure that our demands cannot be ignored or neglected. We sincerely apologize to the family of Yitzhak Rabin and to the nation of Israel, the Jewish homeland, but trust we can go forward with zeal and determination to right these wrongs, reassured by the words of the Prophet Isaiah: “Zion shall be redeemed with justice.”
In that holy spirit, and in the spirit of Elijah the advocate for Naboth against Ahab and Jezebel,
1) We demand the Israeli government to REOPEN THE RABIN FILE to an independent, international commission as proposed by the highly respectable, Jerusalem-based Root and Branch Association. There are more than enough valid reasons for this, including "new evidence" and recent comments by Atty. Penina Guy, the prosecutor in Yigal Amir's trial in early 1996, who questioned why Amir wasn't killed immediately after he began shooting: “It's still a mystery to me how he managed to shoot three bullets and at the same time even approach Rabin, and, according to the ballistic evidence, actually touch Rabin's jacket for the third bullet..." which the Kempler video of Yitzhak Rabin's assassination proves impossible and Yigal Amir denies.
2) We call upon the Israeli and world media (such as Dateline, 20/20, Nightline) to BROADCAST THE KEMPLER VIDEO and focus on this reopened cold case of Rabin's murder (that refuses to rest until justice is served), in what Israeli political analyst Joel Bainerman predicts will become “the biggest scandal in Israeli history, “and dare to ask the hard questions and address the legitimate concerns that beg their attention (that has too long been denied), including from such “friends” of Yitzhak Rabin as Presidents Clinton and Bush, as well as give long overdue credit to Israeli author Barry Chamish for leading the way in this investigation.
3) ARREST SHIMON PERES FOR THE MURDER OF YITZHAK RABIN.
As WorldNetDaily reported, five thoroughly researched books charge the General Security Services of Israel (Shabak) organized Rabin's murder and three of the books contend that Shimon Peres was the mastermind of the assassination.
"All in all," notes Bainerman, "the case against Peres is circumstantial, but the weight of the evidence is impressive enough to start legal proceedings against him."

For the record, I am David Ben-Ariel and am glad to see that the politico-religious subjects addressed within Beyond Babylon: Europe's Rise and Fall have so "moved" someone to vainly impersonate me and write reviews, including of my own book! How sad.
I have written a few favorable reviews concerning the excellent books by Israeli author Barry Chamish and American author Ryan Mauro, but anybody can clearly see the difference in style, attitude and content between the few I've written and the "others" by a confused person who fears THE TRUTH IS GETTING OUT.
I've reported these desperate infractions to Amazon and trust they shall see to it, but felt it appropriate to mention these facts meanwhile for the general public's sake.
Reasonable folks will acknowledge what I've written is the plain truth and the others will only get frustrated when they fail to subvert (and actually further) what is destined to grow and become a national debate and an international controversy.
